Alex has 20+ years of experience of owning, managing, consulting and selling businesses in the US and Europe. Throughout his career, Alex has closed sales of over 80 businesses and franchisees in a variety of fields and categories. His extensive experience of owning and managing businesses provides him with a valuable advantage and full understanding of the sellers’ frame of mind, as well as buyers’ preferences and expectations. Alex uses his own business experiences and hard-learned lessons to gather necessary information, evaluate businesses and develop a specific personalized strategy that delivers best possible results for each individual client.
Alex will carefully research each business through extensive interviews with the sellers, evaluation of financials, analysis of operations and a constant search for the business value and hidden opportunities. He will align the final recommendations with sellers’ goals and expectations and make sure that everyone is on the same page before launching a business for sale. Alex works actively with individual and corporate buyers and always makes sure to fully understand what’s important to the buyer and effectively guide the buyer to his targeted business. He will develop a strategy and a deal structure that fits buyers’ needs and assist buyers through the whole process.
In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and son. His favorite activities include basketball, fitness and traveling.
