Jason Guerrettaz is the co-founder and lead marketing strategist at ValleyBiggs. As a former corporate attorney, he provided counsel to middle-market and Fortune 500 companies, oftentimes with respect to Mergers & Acquisitions. He is also a former military officer and a serial entrepreneur in the tech space. Jason’s experience in technology as an owner, board member, and advisor has led to the creation of ValleyBiggs and its sister company, WebsiteClosers, a leading franchise business brokerage with a global focus in the Tech & Internet space for the SMB and lower-middle markets.

Ron Matheson

Co-Founder and Senior Partner
Ron Matheson is the co-founder of ValleyBiggs. He is a serial entrepreneur and a pioneer in the M&A industry with over two decades of experience in buying and selling companies in various industries. Ron has won numerous awards and earned a reputation as one of the top M&A Professionals in the United States. Ron provides counsel and deal-making experience to clients and the associates within the firm.
