Brian has been a business advisor, executive and entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience.  He has significant experience in M&A and has advised or participated in transactions of all shapes and sizes across a wide range of industries. This includes completing personal investments and executing multi-billion dollar acquisitions for Fortune 100 companies. Brian’s broad experience and deep financial background ensure that most situations that arise on a deal can be addressed quickly and appropriately.

Brian has three young kids that keep him very busy. Most nights and weekends are spent outside or on a baseball, soccer or football field somewhere. When there is free time, he likes to be on the golf course or rooting for one of his favorite Chicago sports teams.
