David Micek is a Broker and Business Advisor with ValleyBiggs and has been involved with starting, buying, growing, and selling Corporate and online businesses for over 25 years.  David has held senior-level management positions doing multiple mergers & acquisitions, running product management, sales, marketing and business operations at online, Internet and high technology companies ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 500.

Prior to ValleyBiggs, David founded Kecim Enterprises, a Dallas based management consulting company focused on leading buy and sell-side M&A projects and securing company funding within the Social Networking, Online Gaming, E-commerce, Telecommunications/Cable TV, Internet Search, and Crypto/Blockchain marketplaces.
