Mike Adams — Operations, Supply Chain, and Amazon Growth

Mike Adams began his career as a continuous improvement engineer at Hewlett-Packard, traveling to facilities around the country to help identify and streamline value-adding processes. That work led him into leadership roles managing teams ranging from six to 150 people, with full P&L responsibility inside Fortune 500 companies across supply chain, marketing, and sales in the CPG and food manufacturing sectors. Alongside that corporate career, Mike started and managed several Amazon businesses generating millions of dollars in gross revenue, and completed numerous M&A transactions with private equity firms, Fortune 500 companies, and small businesses before moving to the broker side of the table.

Dr. Michael Freedman — Business Broker and Franchisee Principal

Michael Freedman holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from Florida State University, and went on to complete medical school at SCNM. Rather than practicing medicine after graduation, he chose to stay in the digital business world, building on prior experience as a commercial real estate appraiser and investor. He has built multiple six- and seven-figure e-commerce and Amazon businesses of his own and owned several franchise businesses, giving him direct operating experience alongside his brokerage work. He is based in the Tampa Bay area, where he lives with his wife and two children.
